Choy Kiew Cheong

Choy Kiew has a strong corporate background with more than 30 years working experience in senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Europe and South Africa. In her 27-year career with AstraZeneca, she has lived and worked in Singapore, Japan and China. Choy Kiew is recognized for developing, mentoring, coaching, and motivating individuals and teams to excel in their performance and in delivering outstanding value to the business. She initiated and built a coaching culture when based in Japan and China for AstraZeneca. Choy Kiew’s last corporate role was General Manager of Quality Assurance within the Asia Pacific, Europe, and South African regions for IQVIA.

Choy Kiew is an ICF credentialed coach. She coaches executives to discover, develop and maximise their leadership to the fullest potential. She works with leaders to live a life of authenticity at the workplace and at home. Choy Kiew coaches teams to achieve high performance through effective collaboration and communication, where the culture and values of the organisation are built into the core of every employee. Her coaching philosophy is based on continuous learning and growth whilst optimising every relationship, making every interaction count.

Choy Kiew is co-author of the book “Into the WILD – Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace.” Her second book, “Nyonya Puteh”, was published in June 2022.
