Nicholas Mattone is President of Intelligent Leadership Online Academy (ILOA), Inc. and Chief Sales Officer, John Mattone Global (JMG), Inc. ILOA is a revolutionary SaaS company and platform that provides cost-effective executive coaching and leadership development for Emerging Leaders, High Potentials, and Middle Managers. Launched in mid-2021, Nicholas has led and continues to lead ILOA’s global go-to-market strategy and sales including leading the distribution of ILOA utilizing 5 Regional Presidents and multiple licensees in the Middle East, Africa, India, Asia Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe. ILOA clients include Dell, Goodwill Industries, Ford, Florida Cancer Specialists, World Educational Services, Public Investment Fund, Evercare and many more.
In his role as JMG’s Chief Sales Officer, Nicholas leads all global business development efforts which include speaking engagements, executive coaching assignments, workshops, Intelligent Leadership coaching certification programs, and culture and culture transformation projects. Nicholas is the “glue” that brings the JMG internal and external teams together and keeps them together in support of the JMG’s vision, mission, and purpose—which is to Change the World One Leader, One Organization at a Time.
Nicholas, a former Division I basketball player who also played professionally for four years in Uruguay and Barcelona, Spain, brings discipline, tenacity and a positive teamwork mentality to his work every day.
Nicholas has a B.S. in Communications from Kennesaw State University. He is a Certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach and in the process of achieving his Master IL Coach Certification.
While Nicholas is out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his Wife Sarah and 10-Year-old son, Micah. Nicholas coaches his son’s football and basketball team and enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and most importantly relaxing at home with his family.
