Fresno Executive Coaching Certification

fresno executive coaching certificationExecutive coaches are valuable assets that individuals and organizations alike rely on to help professionals learn, develop and grow their skills for continued success. Executive coaching aims to identify clients’ strengths and areas of improvement so that they can achieve their full potential as professionals. To support their clients in their growth and development, executive coaches analyze behavior and determine roles within organizations by interviewing peers and managers. Once they understand their clients’ strengths and weaknesses, executive coaches develop personalized plans and use appropriate coaching techniques to support their clients’ success.

The best executive coaches are versatile and well-rounded, with recognized qualifications in their industry. While executive coaches may differ in age and academic background, the most exceptional coaches have leadership experience and extensive knowledge of business. At IL Movement, we are committed to providing an exceptional executive coaching certification program in Tulsa. We believe that our Master Coach International Certification program, designed by John Mattone, the leading authority on Intelligent Leadership, can change the world one leader and organization at a time.

Our executive coaching certification program is comprehensive and designed to help executive coaches establish themselves in the field, and provide their clients with the value and ROI they expect. Our program is straightforward, avoiding theoretical fluff and technical jargon, and focusing instead on developing executive coaches so that they can help their clients grow. Over the years, we have worked with numerous coaches who have provided exceptional executive coaching services to corporations, high-level executives, CEOs, managers, and emerging talent across different industries.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading executive coaching organization and has three certification levels. The first level is Associate Certified Coach (ACC), which certifies competency and knowledge after meeting specific requirements such as 60 hours of coach-specific training, mentor coaching by an experienced coach, 100 hours of coaching experience, meeting the ICF standards in a performance evaluation, and passing the ICF credentialing exam.

The second level is the Professional Certified Coach (PCC), which requires more time and dedication to grow as an executive coach. It includes 125 hours of coach-specific training, additional mentor coaching, 500 hours minimum of coaching experience, meeting ICF standards in coaching style, and passing the ICF credentialing exam.

The final level is the Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is held in the highest regard among executive coaches. Less than 5% of executive coaches have achieved this level of mastery, as it requires complete dedication and mastery of executive coaching. It includes 200 hours of coach-specific training, additional mentor coaching, 2500 hours of coaching experience, providing two recordings of coaching sessions and written transcripts, and passing the final ICF credentialing exam.
