Aileen is passionate about identifying, developing and coaching high potential candidates to build a succession pipeline for key roles in organizations. Her approach to leadership development involves engaging key stakeholders to understand required change and follow-through to measure growth in leadership effectiveness. Her coaching and consulting philosophy is outcome-focused and strengths-based.
Aileen is also a faculty member of Korn Ferry Academy’s SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Program for Future-Ready Talent Management Professionals. She lectures at the SUSS and the SHRI (Singapore HR Institute). Aileen also serves as a Board Member of the ICF Singapore Chapter.
