An internationally recognized global leadership coach, facilitator, speaker and author, with over 18 years of global experience living and working in China, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Europe and The U.S., Barbara distinguishes herself for her capacity to inspire and empower, and for her unique ability to connect and tune in with people from highly diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Barbara has partnered with global leaders, entrepreneurs, C-Suite Executives, and members of family-owned businesses to help them make key paradigm shifts and breakthroughs so that they can effectively create large scale impact in their organization, society and the world.
Founder and CEO of the Renaissance Experience LLC., Barbara is a member of the Leadership Development Faculty for the APEC Region at a top Fortune 500 financial institution and Relationships Head at Qineticare – world’s first Family Health Office.
Barbara has been visiting professor at SFU, Beedie School of Business (Canada), teaching Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the MBA program. She has presented at conferences in Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and the US.
Barbara is passionate about changing the conversation about women, diversity and inclusion, to one that inspires gender and inter-generational collaboration.
