Irvine Executive Coaching Certification

irvine executive coach certificationExecutive coaching is a proficient apparatus that aids professionals, executives, CEOS, and senior-level management to amplify their proficiency and escalate their careers. The primary focus of this strategy is to pinpoint and develop strengths while working on the weaknesses that could hinder one’s progress. Through behavioral assessments and interviewing colleagues and superiors, coaches get an in-depth analysis of what their clients need, especially when clients require assistance in assuming specific roles within their organization. Given that every client and organization is unique, executive coaches create tailored plans for each of their clients and apply effective coaching techniques to bring out the best in them. At IL Movement, we offer quality Lexington executive coaching certification services, and we are fully committed to delivering excellence to our clients.

IL Movement’s Master Coach International Certification Program was designed by John Mattone, the leading authority on Intelligent Leadership. John Mattone designed this program to establish and develop executive coaches to become change agents, assisting one leader and one organization at a time in transforming the world.

Thousands of executive coaches worldwide come from varying experiences and backgrounds. However, the most respected coaches are those with industry-recognized qualifications. At IL Movement, our executive coaching certification program aligns with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF has three levels of credentialing for executive coaches, with credentialing exams after meeting the requirements of each level.

ICF Credentialing

The first level of ICF credentialing is the Associate Certified Coach, which is where most coaches will begin. To become ACC certified, executive coaches must have 60 hours of coach-specific training and a minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience.

The second step, the Professional Certified Coach, requires more understanding and dedication to executive coaching, with a minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training and 500 hours of coaching experience.

The final level, the Master Certified Coach, is a rarefied air for individuals who have dedicated themselves to mastering executive coaching. Master Certified Coaches make up less than 5% of all executive coaches, and it requires a minimum of 200 hours of coach-specific training and 2500 hours of coaching experience.
