Lexington Executive Coaching Certification
Executive coaching is one of the most effective tools that help professionals, executives, CEOS, and senior-level management improve their skills in order to grow and advance their careers. With a main focus on pinpointing strengths to develop as well as weaknesses that can be worked on, executive coaches can significantly improve the skills of individual clients and organizations as a whole. Coaches get a thorough analysis of what their clients need through behavioral assessments and they often interview colleagues and superiors if clients need help being placed into specific roles within their organizations. Since every client and every organization is different, executive coaches create customized plans for each client and utilize effective coaching techniques to bring out the best in their clients. IL Movement provides quality Lexington executive coaching certification services and we are fully committed to our clients.

There are thousands of executive coaches around the world with varying experiences and backgrounds but the ones that are held in the highest regard are those with industry-recognized qualifications. At IL Movement, our executive coaching certification program adheres to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). There are three levels of ICF credentialing for executive coaches with credentialing exams after meeting the requirements of each levelr
Associate Certified Coach
Associate Certified Coach is the first level in the ICF credentialing process and is generally where most coaches will start. To become ACC certified, executive coaches must have 60 hours of coach-specific training and a minimum of 100 hours of experience coaching.
Professional Certified Coach
Professional Certified Coach is the second step and requires more understanding and dedication to executive coaching with a minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training and 500 hours of experience coaching.
Master Certified Coach
Master Certified Coach is the final level and is definitely rarefied air. Master Certified Coaches make up less than 5% of all executive coaches as it requires complete dedication and mastery of executive coaching with a minimum of 200 hours of coach-specific training and 2500 hours of coaching experience.
