Louisville Executive Coaching Certification
Executive coaching is one of the most effective tools for professionals, executives, and leaders of organizations that want to further expand their skills and career development. Executive coaches help business-minded professionals, new talent, senior-level management, and CEOS reach their maximum potential in both their professional and personal lives. Coaches administer behavioral assessments and they also interview their client’s colleagues and superiors so that they can identify strengths, weaknesses, and the appropriate roles for clients within their organizations. These assessments allow coaches to determine what coaching techniques to utilize in their coaching sessions and tailor the executive coaching program to what each client needs. IL Movement provides world-class executive coach certification in Louisville and our mission is to change the world by helping leaders and organizations improve.
There are thousands of executive coaches that come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences but the most respected coaches are those with credentials that are widely recognized in the industry, experience in leadership positions, and true knowledge of how business works.
Executive Coach Certification in Louisville
IL Movement’s Master Certified International Certification Program was designed by John Mattone, one of the leading executive coaches in the world. John’s mission was to change the world by helping one leader and one organization at a time and at IL Movement, we are fully committed to certifying executive coaches that will have a positive impact on current and future leaders. Professionals that seek executive coaching want the best return on their investment and our program was designed to help executive coaches do just that. Our program adheres to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and we’ve helped to establish executive coaches that have influenced leading professionals around the world.
There are three certified levels of credentialing from the International Coaching Federation
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- Master Certified Coach (MCC)
Associate Certified Coach
Associate Certified Coaches is the first step in ICF certification and is where most executive coaches will begin their journey. ACC certification requires that coaches pass a credentialing exam after completing 60 hours of coach-specific training and 100 hours of coaching experience.
Professional Certified Coach
PCC certification is the next step after ACC, and requires more time and dedication to the profession of executive coaching. Coaches are required to complete a minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training, 500 hours of coaching experience, and pass the PCC credentialing exam.
Master Certified Coach
Master Certified Coaches are true masters of executive coaching and this level of credentialing has the most extensive requirements. Less than 5% of all certified executive coaches are MCC credentialed and this is due to the fact that it requires 200 hours of coach specific training, 2500 hours of coaching experience, and passing the MCC credentialing exam.
